Dingle Weddings

Many of you have been talking about getting married at the Dingle. Our likely date is May 20, 2005. Hopefully the weather works out for us. What have people done for a post wedding reception? Has anyone had their receptions at the Diman Lebanese Centre? Also what has been the best, most cost efficient caterer you are finding out there? Thanks
