You could use just about any decorations that you want... What color are your b-maids? Silver and white would make the church look gorgeous as a winter theme... And it all depends how formal you want the church to look, it could be anything as simple as red roses ( or any red flower) accented with babys breath and silver ribbon tied around it

What kind of winter wedding are you having? Christmassy? Winter wonderland? Other?

I have seen some beautiful winter pew bows that are velvet bows with cedar sprigs (looks like pine, but more delicate) and a red rose tucked in. That`s a nice Christmas look.

For winter wonderland, you could use pale blue organza swags between pews and sprinkle the swags with snowflake confetti.
