HELP!!!

Hello,

I`m in the process of organizing my daughter`s quinceñera which is on December 4th. I would like to give a short speech expressing my gratitude, but I would also like to include a little bit of the history and tradition for all those who are unfamiliar with the celebration (ceremony). Could you please help me?
