Hello,

I hope I can be of some help to you! I custom make personalized candy bar wrappers for all occasions. You get to choose the wrapper and personalize it with your information. These beautiful wrappers fit perfectly over a standard sized Hershey's Milk Chocolate or Nestle's Crunch Bar. Everyone will not only love the idea of having their own keepsake, they will love the yummy candy bar! The great thing about these wrappers is that you get to add your own special message or I can help you with some wording to fit your occasion. Best of luck to you.

Being a party coordinator for many years, I have some great ideas for your party. Depending on her personality, she was obviously a teenager of the 60's. You could have a 1960's themed party with psychedelic decorations and have the guests come dressed accordingly. You can also add a palm reader to the party to read everyone's future! There is a lot you can do and if you would like some free advice or consulting, feel free to respond to me, Amanda, at

Have a Have a Hawaii Five-O theme party for your Mom's big Five-O birthday! Luau's are a VERY FUN theme for a party! The guests tend to be able to relax quickly and you can have fun luau games to get everyone mingling and having a good time. A great place for luau ideas including decoration, recipe, and game suggestions is www.alohafriends.com/luau.html
Your are even able to order fresh flower leis from Hawaii to adorn your Mom in and make her day extra special!

Hi! Congratulations to your Mom. We are a Party Planning and Wedding Coordinating company.

Depending on your Mother's personality, you can go 2 ways; a formal affair with ivory and gold color theme and very elegant and romanticin a Hotel or rented space or, my favorite (since I too am 50), a 'Blue Lights in the basement' theme with live jazz at home. Convert home into a night club scene with low twinkle lights, low cocktail tables, simple, down home menu, candles on table and a dance floor and Let the good times roll! Music from the 70's and 80's, when we danced close and knew what partying was.

Everything should relate to the nightclub scene.

Enjoy!

I have been planning my father-in-laws 50th. We sent out invites that asked everyone to dress in Black. We ordered a bedpan and are gonna serve yellow jello in it. We are putting black table clothes on all the tables. Making Vases with dead flowers from the local florist for table decorations. I have also seperated out m & m`s and put them into bowls and put little signs on them like Geritol, viagra, etc. Also found Empty Prescription bottles and put funny labels on like ear hair be-gone take one per hair found, etc. Cut out lots of coupons for elderly products to hang up. When to the local pharmacy and got applications for Senior discount cards. Made name badges for everyone that say old farts friend then they can write there name on them. Got black leis for everyone. Got four small black coffins to serve food in. And lots more. If you need more help email me at anolan@busey.com

Hi there! A few years ago I threw a surprise 50th birthday party for both my Mom & Dad (turned 50 w/i a few days of each other). I decorated my entire house with only black accessories! From table cloths, napkins, streamers, forks, spoons, balloons - you name it - everything was black. In the invitation I advised everyone to dress entirely in black. What a blast we had. About 80 people all dressed in black (even the DJ!) and when my parents walked in (wearing red and white) they stood out like sore thumbs! It was a cool idea as long as you have easy going people coming to the party. Good luck!

In response to something quick by Friday for your friends 50th Brithday.

Buy plain white T Shirts and with the help of a computer and T Shirt Transfer paper (available at all office supply stores), you can type up anything with any graphic and press it onto the T Shirts yourself.

Good Luck and let me know how it turns out, if you do it.

Where on the internet did you find things that happened during the birth year and on the birthdate? I am trying to make a timeline for my mothers 50th and am having a hard time finding stuff.
