No Children Wedding Too

I don`t want a bunch of kids there that i don`t know and have to pay for half eaten dinners cuz they are so picky. I know that sounds bad but we are on a budget. How do I tell them I don`t want children there when my 3 ushers are my brothers under 16 and a bridesmaid whose 16 and I have two flowergirls and two ring barers under 10. Would that be mean to do. I don`t want a bunch of other teenagers and kids getting into trouble... I want my guest to be able to relax with champagne and cake and dance and not have to worry about little johnny falling in the pool or sophomore jeff getting drunk off the champagne. Am I being hypocritical. What should I do?
