Send And Seal Invitations With Directions

I am considering the send and seal invitations for my wedding. My question is what do you do about directions to the church or the reception hall? Do you send them out later when you recieve an RSVP, or do you put the invitation in an envelope and send it all together. The envelope kind of defeats the purpose of the send and seal, doesn`t it? Ideally, I would like to get an invitation with a perforated reply card that comes with an envelope so that my return address isn`t inside of the envelope. Does this make sense?

I am getting married in June and I found Send and Seal Invitations that I love. I am having the problem of how to send the directions as well. Ideally I`d like to send them both together to save postage of mailing the directions out separately. Since not everyone has access to the internet, I am not able to direct people to our wedding website to get the directions either. Is it tacky to put the send and seal invitation into an envelope and mail it? In order to send out the invitation with the directions and without an envelope, I would need to put seals on the flap and both sides which seems like over kill. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Usually the direction card/map goes out with the invitation. I sent them out with the invitation so anyone who was coming, would have time to do a trial run, or just for them to have an idea of the church and reception directions.
