I can see that it may be a big difficult to surprise someone that is planning their own party. But I do have an idea. Call everyone or send another invitation telling them to surprise your sister by arriving dressed in something leopard/zebra print, and all gifts will be in the same print as well. Now this would be unforgettable and a surprise your sister will never forget or figure out!!!
