Anyone Been To Kleinfeld In NY?

Yeap, I`ve been there twice already. :)

They are actually the most reknowned bridal store in the area, or maybe in the country? If you look at the weddingchannel and theknot sites, you`ll see that some top designers design gowns exclusively for Kleinfeld.

They have the top selection of gowns as well. But, be careful, if you are on a budget, this is not the place for you. Their gowns costs $1500 and up. However, they do have sample sales every now and then where they have gowns for like 50% off.

It`s a very good experience overall,and supposedly EVERYONE FINDS A DRESS THERE. I know 4/5 of my bride friends got their gowns there. I might be getting my gown there too, haven`t decided yet.

Weekends are very busy!

Oh I forgot to mention, when you call them to book an appointment, you have to leave your credit card number with them. If you don`t show up, they charge you $50 for missing your appointment. And they only give you about an hours time when you`re there. I`m not sure what the hours are for weekdays appointments.

I went on Sundays, firts time I showed up 15 minutes early and was helped within 10 minutes. Second time I was on the dot and had to wait 30 minutes to be helped.
