Meet And Greet
My company is having a breakfast get together. 9 members of our Field team have been invited to attend. Most of these field members have never been to our corporate office and have never met most of us. I am looking for a fun way to have a meet and greet with them. The breakfast will last about 1 hour. These are all adults, so I am looking for something that they won't think is stupid or childish. Thanks in advance

Your guests’ first stop will be at the sign-in board which doubles as a "we’re so glad you’re here!" sign at the entrance. As they make their way to the party room, your guests find their seating cards neatly arranged. They notice that each is a different flavor of coffee labeled with name and table number. "How creative of you," they’ll say!
Depending on the size of your tables, your centerpieces could be very creative. For 48" rounds, I’d use glass coffee pots with colorful florals coming out of each set on a decorative trivet. (I’d use these in the ladies/mens rooms as well). For 60" or 72" rounds, arrange several different bags of gourmet coffee and other coffee paraphernalia in a decorative basket. (Pick the coffees for their packaging not their flavor.) Have balloons coming off of them pulling through your theme.
Make sure to number them on the bottom, and also put numbers under the place settings so your guests can "win" them and take them home. Attractive, memorable and useful! What more could you ask?
Wrap a flavored coffee spoon in each napkin and tie each napkin off with colorful ribbons. Theme-oriented specialty linens, coffee candies and more are also available to make this brunch one-of-a-kind!
