NEW YEARS EVE WEDDING

I am 3 1/2 months away from our big day and am having a hard time finding ideas for some extra touches for our New Years Eve wedding. I want it to be classy and wintery. I already have the glitery red and white candles, but i`m sure theres something else i could add to the reception decorations to really make it stand out. Any suggestions?

I also don`t know what to do about a countdown...I`ve looked on Ebay for a countdown clock to hang near the DJ but they are out of my price range...Any suggestions?

Oh yeah, i forgot to put that into my origional posting. We are supplying the hats/tiaras/noisemakers for all the guests.

Its going to be fun, i just need some decor ideas.
