ORIGINALITY

Hello, I am designing a formal concept for my major design project in school and I am struggling in thinking up new and original ways to hold a formal. Has anyone got any good and original ideas for a prom/formal?? This includes party decorations/themes etc...

What about personalized candy bars that could serve as a ticket for admission. I could design them with your school name, the date of the prom, and your prom theme. The bar could serve as a keepsake as well as cut out your printing expense for tickets. It would be orginally personal.
