Winter (JAN) Wedding Ideas

Any good ideas for a Winter wedding this January in NJ? Looking at deep red dressed for the girls and cobalt blue on the tables (not patriotic.. Just winter colors) trying to come up w/ nice idea for centerpieces.. Using candles, maybe greenery, incorporating the reds and blues... And some how incorporating golf tees (with our names printed on them) cuz my man is a golfer.... Ideas anyone?

I went for a snow theme when I was getting married in December. I thought to use ice blues and darker shades of blue as accent. I still have quite a few of my decor if you are interested in purchasing any of it.
