Pocketbooks - Where Can I Buy Them?

I wanted to get my girls dressy hand-bags to match their dresses. Something small and simple was the theme that I am going for. I found some at David`s Bridal however, they are about 18.00-20.00. I was looking to save money and get them somewhere else.

Any suggestions? My wedding is in 17 days so I don`t have that much time. I live in Pennsylvania (Delaware County) if you store near me that I can go to.
