Budget Wedding In Canada

I am planning my wedding for August 2005 and I am on a budget of $7000 canadian. I have read the message board and got a lot of great ideas. But I am wondering if anyone has an cheap wedding locations that they can suggest in Toronto, Canada. Or if anyone lives in Toronto and has any ideas or suggestions, I will greatly appreciate it.
