Sweet 16

I am planning a sweet16 party for my daughter in September 2001. I am thinking about renting a limo (10 - 15 friends) and going to New York City for an elegant dinner. She prefers the dinner to be a formal affair (cake, gowns and all).
How many can a stretch limo sit? What places hosts elegant dinner for a group of 10-15. What can we do after dinner, sightseeing? what do teens love? where do i start

I am a dealer for personalized candy bars and we have a special wrapper that says Sweet 16 on it. If you are interested in recieving a catalog from me, email me and I will send one out to you. The girls could have a special something and keepsake when they get into the limo or they can each have their names printed on them and placed at their dinner setting.
