Color Of Wedding

I am getting married in July of next year and I need help picking the colors. I was thinking of a shiny lavender or thinking I should go with a classy wedding and have a deep shiny red ...the dress I want looks kind of victorian so what should i do?

WE`RE GETTING MARRRIED ON 7/16/04 AND MY COLORS WILL BE A VERY LIGHT PINK, AND WHITE. BUT A PRETTY COLOR FOR YOU WOULD BE A LIGHT SILVER LILAC.
