Planning A Corporate Event, Need Tips & Ideas

I'm a caricature artist and I work LOTS of corporate events over the past 15 years. I've found that people at these events LOVE anything that is a little off-the-wall, and about them. I.E., they like palm/tarot readers, graphoanalysts, really good "close up" magicians, wine tasting with an expert and cards you fill out and rate the wine, and of course, they LOVE my caricatures. If given enough lead time, costume themes are fun. There's one costumer in the LA area who brings an entire wardrobe room, and costumes people during the course of the evening. Naturally, this works best for smaller groups. My experience is that it doesn't take much for corporate types to cut loose and have fun, and get out of "the suit". Also, cigar rollers have been popular lately.

How about personalized candy bars. Depending on the nature of the event bars are made with a particular graphic, your company's logo, and some catchy phrase.
