NEED HELP!!!

Okay, I`m broke...like down to not even a penny broke. And so are my parents. I`m turning 16 and that is suppose to be "the sweet sixteen" party. So its suppose to be special...right? Well, i don`t know what to do to make it seem diffrent and more exciting then any of my other parties without it being expensive. So, PLEASE HELP ME.
