My Daughters Quinceaneara

Hi, this is not for a wedding, I sure hope you can help me still, I am asking for your advice in how to make centerpieces for the table in the reception hall for my daughters quinceaneara in October. The hall that we rented out we cannot have any candles, confetti, or any rose petals. And my daughter does not want any kind of balloons decorations. The theme that we decided to go with is Cinderella, what kind of centerpieces should I go with, that is not to expensive, because my husband and I are having to pay for this ourselves, which this is her stepdad. Her dad does not want to help out with this at all, so I am in desperate need of your advice to make this as beautiful as possible but yet not so expensive. Please help, thanks so much.
