Wife`s 40th B-Day-Before Her Family Arr

Okay, so my wife turns 40 next week, and her parents, sister, friends are all flying down to surprise her. Of course all of her friends here want to do something with her, so on the night before her birthday (and the night before her family arrives) I want to hire a male stripper and invite a bunch of her friends over for a "girls birthday party."

Only problem is there don't appear to be any male strippers in Portland, Oregon. Anybody have any ideas?
