IS IT TRASHY?
Is it trashy to have the reher. Dinner at a bar-b-que place? His mom is not paying I am and they have for 6 pp plates at the place my family is from a small town.

Absolutely not! I don`t think rehearsals have to be fancy. We`re having ours at a mexican restaurant for less than $10.00 per person! To me it`s meant to be a time to release some stress before the big day! So it can be anywhere.

We had ours at my sister-in-laws house and all we did was BBQ and had salads and snacks. It was very casual and extremely fun.

BBQ is perfect. After all of the stress of planning the wedding and getting everything organized, there is nothing more relaxing than a backyard BBQ with those who are closest to you. The rehearsal doesn`t have to be fancy at all. But it can be fun.

Not trashy at all. Rehearsal dinners don`t have to be fancy or pricey. A bbq restaurant sounds like it will be relaxing and fun for all - and delicious too!

We had our rehersal dinner at my parents in laws house. My father in law stayed home for the rehersal so that he could be cooking chickens and ribs and corn on the cob and an assortment of other food. It was great and cheap! Everyone was relaxed and comfortable.

We are doing a barbeque at our best man`s house for our RD. I am more excited about this option than the nice restaurant we were looking at. Way cheaper and it`s way more "us." Everyone`s going to be so prim and proper the next day, it makes perfect sense to something so relaxed the night before!
