Suck-A-Buck

I am planning a bach party for tomm and I cant figure out how to do a suck-a-buck shirt. I want to sew them on in a certain design but my friends dont think i should take the lifesavers out of the wrapper. Any ideas or suggestions?

You have to take the LiveSavers out of the package. Believe me, guys who want to hand over the buck do not mind.
