Fall Wedding
I am looking for decorating and centerpiece ideas for a fall wedding. I do not want any pumpkins or squash for the theme. I would like to have a very elegant looking wedding. My main color that I would like to use is eggplant. Does anyone have any creative ideas and suggestions?

Name Settings: Use fall leaves with your names, date, and the persons name written in silver with a silver gel pen.
Scatter leaves instead of flower petals down the aisle purple and spray paint some silver.
Center Pieces: Leaves and candles in the center or double layer vases with leaves in the bottom and a candle in the top or water or anything else.
Silver leaves in your hair or the brides maids hair.
I think their`s some really pretty dark purple flowers you could use in a bouquet with silver decoration string.
I hope some of these Ideas help

Hello and Congrats ! Fall is my favorite time of year if you are looking for something elegant I do have a couple of votives that I did in some fall colors on my web site. But I was thinking of the 14" Hurricane`s for centerpieces with fall leaves and acorns al with fall colors and gold accent then eggplant candles and perhaps matching votive holders for favors.

I`m having a fall themed engagement party and would like to give candied and carmel apples as favors. However, I`m having a difficult time finding a place that will make candied apples. Any suggestions? I live in NJ.

I also am having a fall themed wedding without the pumpkins. My colors are navy blue and gold. I am looking for the black iron trees that Kellie was talking about. I also wonder if you could share what your centerpieces are going to look like with the willow. I have been looking into making some like that too. I want to hang the votive candles from them and have it tall enough where the candles are above eye level. Please send me ideas. I am also having apple cider, warm and hot, we are having a carmel fondu pot with apple slices, a chocolate fountain with assorted fruits, apple pies and pumpkin pies. For favors we are sewing up burlap bags and putting an orchard apple, carmel and stick with a recipe for carmel apples.

Walmart sell a beautiful hurricane looking vase. You local Floral Wholesaler, Acmoore, or Micheals should sell a Oasis wreath form that absorbs water. In that wreath put fall color mums, roses, hypercium Berries, Mini carnations, fall leaves, and just a touch of dark green leaves. An eggplant color candle in the middle of the hurricane vase placed in the middle of the wreath is beautiful and elegant.

** RE: to CANDY APPLES **
I am also using candy apples in my wedding and am having trouble finding affordable ones. Here is a site that is a little pricey for me but may be of benefit to you! Good Luck!

At our wedding we used large vases in the center of the table. Put colored marbles in the bottom of the vases. Fill it up with water. We put beta fish in each vase. Only one each. They come in every color under the sun. Then you float a flower of your choice and color on the top. People were begging to take them home. It has been 4 years and the last of the fish just died. It was fun to hear the updates on each fish. Just a unique idea!
