I searched Goto.com for Medieval Wedding, but could not find any sources for scrolls. I have some friends in the SCA (Society for Creative Anacronism) who make all sorts of period crafts from clothes to mead. Someone might make scrolls as well. Any search on Medieval or just SCA will bring up their web site.
Good luck

You can always make your own. Depending on what your needs are, you could probably make one from high-quality craft paper. The ends would be tricky, but I am sure there are probably some good sources for making that sort of craft. Also, try calling around to local theatres and costume shops. They probably have one in stock that they use and would know of good sources to find something like that. Just some ideas.

Attention all brides with renaissance or medieval themed weddings: Compassionate Expression(www.compassionatexpression.com). Has either blank "messenger" scrolls or Hand Caligraphy scrolls (formatted as guest registry). They also have a choice of decorative scroll knobs in crystal, spiral, wooden blossom and my favorite, renaissance.
Hope this helps,
