Calamigos Catering arranges events including weddings on any location on the Los Angeles Equestrian Center. Contact them at www.la-equestriancenter.com. The grounds of the LAEC are park like in some areas. I used to work for a trainer and it was one of my favorite places to go for a show. You might also look into the Vasquez rocks park. It is available for motion picture filming, weddings and large group picnics and parties. It is about half way between the S. Fernando Valley and Lancaster. It is in the desert so you may not want to use it if your wedding is going to be in the summer, but spring or fall would be ideal.
