Phoenix Wedding

Hi,
I am recently engaged and trying to figure out wedding plans. We want to get married outside, maybe in a garden setting, with about 100 guests. I want to have outside vendors at my reception, and a bag piper for the ceremony. I don`t have a huge budget to work with, and was wondering if anyone has any thoughts or suggestions. Thank you so much. I am pretty much at square one with the wedding plans so any advice is very much appreciated.
