Wedding Alter

We are having a beach wedding in May.

My fiancée is looking for an alter that has white fabric flowing from a tent like frame. She would like the fabric to be blowing in the tropical breeze. We have seen one like it on an Ortho Tri-cycln commercial.

Does anybody have any ideas where I might find something like that?
