Here is something that will set your event apart form others. Have us create an elegant puzzle pack centered around the conference attendees or type. These will be placed at each attendees seat and will provide them with fun, while keeping with the theme of the conference..they can be used to highlight the conference objectives or highlight the companies or products involved. We did this for a Mass company with 500+ and it was a huge success, all of the clues/trivia we specific to the company and the word search was done in the shape of their logo, using products, employees and the companies products.
