I am very interested in your dress for my sister in law. She is 5`9 is there a hem on the dress that could be let down? Is it white or Ivory? Where in the US are you located? We live on the west cost of Canada near Seattle.

I`m sorry but the dress won`t fit her because I`m only 5`2, the dress can only be taken out to fit someone who is 5`6. Sorry about that.
