Yeah i think u should dedicate a song to him i had a aunt that passed away not a long time ago and she was making plans for my party also but she passed away in nov so iam gonna go the day of my party after the church service and take her flowers to the cementary cuz i realy cared for her

Mami - i lost my brother too and i know the feeling. But mami this is your day and your alone and dedicating a song may bring the mood down. Just keep him your heart mami - share that special moment with him alone and not with everyone esle.

Steffy, You can have yourself or someone else read a special poem at your quinceanera church service in memory of your brother and light a candle in his memory at the church. I think this will be a special way of remembering him on your special day. Please see this poem that I cut and pasted to this post. Steffy, you can read the following poem either in church or at your quinceanera reception. Another idea is to do a "butterflie release" or even a dove release as soon as you exit the church. You can dedicate this to your brother`s memory. Whatever you choose, have a great day and just smile and know that it`s not the action that you choose that matters, what matters is that you hold him close to your heart!
