1st Year Anniversary Gift

I just purchased my wife 2.5ct diamond studs for our first year wedding anniversary. I`ve been trying to think of a special way to give it to her. Any ideas?

I did that for my gf too and she loved it this is what u do buy a small teddy bear and put the earrings with it and lay it on ur bed take her upstairs and tell her to go in the room and she will be so supprised
