Do you have a lot of stores near where you live? I`ll just list some that usually have nice dresses: Dillards, Macys, Nordstrom, even Pennys or Sears. Did she go to bridal salons and ask to see mother of the bride gowns? If nothing else, see if she can find a really good seamstress cuz she can easily sew a gown in less than a month...find a pattern, material and the color that would go good on her and hopefully go with your theme color too.
