I have this dress in Size 8. Only the skirt was altered. The top is unaltered. It was worn once and handwashed to avoid any damage to the sequins and sewing. It`s in pristine condition and I`m asking $600.
The skirt has a bustle to show off the hemline, and the skirt was shortened about 1.5" at the waiste so the skirt was at ground length. I have a 30" inseam - measured in barefeet from floor to the very top, inside of leg.

Please elaborate on handwashed. Did you take it to the dry cleaners or did you wash it with water? How is the dress currently being stored? When did you wear it last?

There is a CV008 copy on ebay right now! It looks just like David`s!! You guys should check it out. I`d bid on it but it;s not my size :(

I was married in the Oleg CV008 on 4/17/04. I too was very nervous about handwashing the dress, but I assure you, it came out perfect and I`m glad I did it this way. I currently have it in the orgininal David`s Bridal Garment bag, but I plan to get acid free paper and have it stored. It`s in a cool, dry closet.

I have a replica of this dress, worn for 5 hours on my wedding. No stains, rips, etc. This is a REPLICA, meaning not the David`s bridal dress. It is very similar.
