Anyone Used Crafters Paper And Supply?

I ordered envelopes and some paper supplies from "Crafters Paper and Supply". I placed my order on the 13th of June. My credit card was charged on the 15th of June. My package did not arrive. After about two weeks, I called (never got in touch with anyone). Then I e-mailed, to which I got no response. Finally, I called my credit card company to cancel the charge and on a whim decided to call them one more time. To my surprise someone answered the phone and gave some excuse that my order was stuck on the internet order system and never got transferred over. The other excuses included "short staffed" and "someone quit" and "the person answering phone calls is new", etc. Anyway, Dave assured me my delivery would get here this week (this was on Friday, July 1st). Still no package. I wrote another angry e-mail and called a few hundred more times. This time I got a response to an e-mail I sent on June 29th (it is now July 8th) saying I`d receive my package Monday or Tuesday minus 50 of the envelopes I had ordered.

They are terrible and have absolutely no idea how to run a business. I would advise everyone to avoid ordering from them unless you like waiting forever. They bait you with low prices and then never send your order.

P.S. If you see them in a dark alley, kick them in the shins for me!

I also ordered from them. It is over a month and have not heard no response to my emails or my or my calls. I purchased the paper to make silkscreen prints for an art show I will be in, in August now I have to scrabble to come up with more money and paper ASAP. I will be doing my very best to shut them down. So I will need anyone who has been wronged by them to tell me their story and be willing to be contacted.

Oh NO, this is terrible. I`ve had exactly the same experience as the others on this message board. I placed an order on 2/15, my CC was charged on 2/16, and it is now 3/3 with no delivery and no response to multiple email and voicemail inquiries. This is a big problem--I`d ordered $70 worth of envelopes and paper for our wedding invitations, and now i have to find another source and pay extra for expedited delivery. I`m going to call the CC company and see if they can reverse the charge to my account. Crafter`s P&S is a scam; their statement that orders ship within 3-5 days is just a lie. Very very unhappy and angry with them.
