Heyy im havin my sweet 16 in november and i am having trouble finding a theme do u have any ideas... Or know of any websites that can help... Considering its a formal occasion ii cant find anything!... Plz help me!

Considering that you waited so long, Cinderella is always perfect. It is your princess moment (this is what I am using for my daughter`s next year). Precious Moments, Butterfly (signafies the change), and you can also just have 16`s. The butterfly is really nice and you can find really nice and reasonable favors and decorations on the web for that. E-mail me if you need the site addresses.
