Second Shower

Hi I am pregnant with my third baby which I had no clue I would ever have more babies. My daughters are 5 and 6 and I didnt keep anything because the chance of me getting pregnant again was slim to none then I had ovarian surgery and here I am expecting . So my neighbor a good friend of mine wants to have a shower for me since I have nothing and I thought I would just invite close friends since my first shower was only family. Do you think its wrong to have another shower and is it alright to just invite my cloe friends and no family??
