If you can get a good picture of him as baby or a young boy, put it on a cake and put 19--or is it 20?--candles and he can blow `em out. And invite all of his family and friends. If you would like it to be a surprise party, try and contact someone in his family, and ask them to help out with certain details (like family and friends` invitations).
