Sponsor Wedding

Dear Sir or Madam;

This letter is in reference to having a sponsored/donated wedding for my upcoming 20th wedding anniversary/wedding vow renewal ceremony. What I am asking for is sponsorship/donation for such wedding items: such as the cake, flowers/decor, rings, chair covers/linen, make up, limo (we have never rode in a limo), a 1st Honeymoon (this would be GREAT couldn’t afford one 20 years ago on a US Army Privates salary J), ceremony/reception programs, wedding favors, wedding attendants/parents gifts, hotel accommodations (at one of the local hotels in Chickasha or Oklahoma City for 5 Georgia guest…. Husband family… mother, sisters and brother-in-laws---they were not able to make our first wedding 20 years ago due to finances… but hope they will be able to attend this one), champagne toast/other beverages, center pieces, cameras and other items that go along with weddings. Let me explain; my husband and I will be married 20 years this coming September20, 2004. We will be renewaling our wedding vows September 18, 2004 in Chickasha, Oklahoma (40 southeast of Oklahoma City a small town) at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma (the university Chapel and Ballroom). We currently live in Stone Mountain, Georgia but the wedding will be held in Oklahoma where 90% of the family/friends live. It has always been our dream to renewal our wedding vows at 20 years of marriage. Not many people who marry at a young age (18) stay married in this day and time. We have two children (a daughter 2 years old and a son 18 years old). My husband was in the US Army for 14 years and is currently serving as a Sergeant with the Georgia Army National Guard, Military Police unit. Where they’re on alert to deploy back to Iraq either later this year or early next year. We are asking vendors such as yourself to assist us in any type of sponsorship/donation that you can provide for our vow renewal wedding. This would most definitely make our dream come true before he deploys. I know you are probably asking what you will get out of this. This will be FREE advertisement for you at the wedding ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner and other places. We will also be announcing our wedding vow renewal ceremony in the local Chickasha newspaper (Chickasha Express) and this is another way to advertise your name/product. Also a table will be set up at the rehearsal dinner and reception where you can put brochures, bags, flyers, banners and etc for guest to take or these items could be put into favor bags. We hope that this is something that you can support and anything that you can offer would be gratefully appreciated!
