Fondant

I don`t have a recipe, but I know that it is made out of corn syrup. It doesn`t taste very good - it is used for its look - smooth and is doesn`t melt like buttercream You can probably find a recipe at Martha Stewart`s website, because I think I recall seeing a cake article with fondant in it in one of her magazines a long time ago - I think everything is archived on the site. If that doesn`t work try the Food Network`s website. Good luck!
