Who decides what people get invited to the bridal
Shower, The bride or the people who are giving the shower?

Usually the bride would make a guest list of the people she wants to invite like her friends and family. Then the person who is throwing the shower can add to that list.

Typically, if the shower is going to be a surprise, the hostess would ask the Mom`s of the B/G to give her a list. If the Bride knows about it then yes, she could give input, but remember only those that are invited to the Wedding should be invited to the shower.
