Best Man At Wedding/Bachelor Party

I'm the best man of my older brother's wedding, and I need some help with it. My brother has told me that he wants to have everyone play cards and drink beer all night. I live in southern California and the party is going to be in Philadelphia. If you have any places to reccommend to me to call it would be helpful.
