Church Flowers
Would it be out of character to take the flowers (which we would have paid for thru the church), at the end of the ceremony to use/decorate the reception??

I would suggest checking with your church before removing them..some churches require altar flowers be left as a donation to the church (regardless of who purchased them). I have mainly run across this requirement in Catholic Churches, but I would check beforehand to make sure it is OK.
