When Does The Contest End??

Just out of stupidity I guess I am asking this....In the rules it says the contest will end Oct. 27 2000....Then why is it still going on?? I really want to see who gets it!! :-) If anyone can fill me in please do so....

If I remember correctly, the voting will close on 02-Jan-01at midnight Pacific Time. PartyPop will then make the final decision on who the winner is by 05-Jan-01 with the winner being notified by 06-Jan-01. This was stated a while back, when the deadline was extended from 27-Oct-00, and I'm not positive that it is correct, but I'm pretty sure.
