Unusual Bridesmaid Gifts
Hello. I`m trying to think of creative bridesmaid gifts. I`m giving them their jewelry, but I also want to give them something creative, unexpected, etc. I don`t want to be like everyone else. I want something very unique that they will cherish. Maybe something most people haven`t heard of as a bridesmaid gift. Any ideas???

I am giving each of my bridesmaids charm bracelettes. Each one will be different. The charms will represent things that we have done together or things that I think about when I think of them. They also each have a prayer box on them.

Get them a gift like she suggested. Something that represents a memory you shared together or something that really interests them. Like if she is into scrapbooking you could get her a nice book with the 1st page started by you including pictures from the past and so on. Or concert tickets to someone she`d really want to see.
My maid of honor is really into a certain band that is playing a small venue in the CA mountains. I planned a night up there for the both of us a few weeks before the wedding. I arranged for her sitter, the tickets, and the room. I`m picking her up afterwork the night of the show with a bag packed by her husband and off we go..it`s all a surprise.
Or you could spring for massages the morning of the wedding or their hair and makeup if you aren`t already.

I bought photoalbums (on sale) and am filling them with pics of us and poems/lyrics/quotes about friendship. They are going to LOVE them!

A friend of mine that recently got married gave her bridesmaids a gift certificate for a day at a local spa (now that was cool - but kind of pricey!) I found some great bridesmaid gifts at weddingchannel.com. Also I saw a great gift - too late for me, but at exclusivelyweddings.com. They have a crystal heart paperweight where you can have their names/your wedding date engraved on it. They looked nice!!
