Check out you local fabric stores and colleges that offer fashion design for someone who might be interested.

I know my spelling and my english bad. But i am graduated colleage and iknow 3 other language. And finally majority millioniare pipol is not educated. Thanks

First, you need to consult businesses who would be willing to help you. Search the internet, look in newspapers, or maybe take out a local ad expressing what it is you need. Though, you may want to have someone write this for you so you can convey your meaning in an understandable way.
I am not trying to be rude, but maybe it is better to finish learning one language before moving on to the next. Best Wishes.

This message, for Lost asnd Confused person. I would not give any advices or suggestions to strangers if i were confused or lost like you are. Even you aplogized at the begining, however it was so unkind of you to say something like that. Consider yourself alone in different country without knowing any language and anyone and feel ashame if you can. Luckly, most people are supportive. If it makes you feel better i apologize.

Wow! First, on all the posts before this one, good points from one and all. Professionalism and perfection is good to strive for, and the apparent fact that that the original poster is doing well enough that someone thought she was a native speaker who is simply making some errors is a great credit to her accomplishments in English. Still, she, and all the rest of us, can always strive to do better.

Btw, to the Penn. Poster... "They`re" is "they are." "Their" is the possessive of "they." "There" indicates a location. ;-) I screw them up all the time too, so don`t worry about it.

In response to the original post, GOOD FOR YOU!!! I love seeing people find what they love to do and making a living of it. I don`t know anything about the fashion industry, but I do have a couple of general suggestions which may or may not be useful.

You could look into enrolling in a fashion school in order to gain access to their networking resources. I wouldn`t bother with a school that doesn`t have a good networking system set up.

Another possibility is to try to gain work with some sort of dress designer place to basically apprentice yourself and learn the business.

Of course, another possibility is to simply go into business. Your place of worship would be a natural place for finding clients initially (you could perhaps offer the design free initially and only charge if they actually use it). You could also try working via the Internet, perhaps finding a nitch by accepting bride`s measurements and perhaps an image, and returning a design for their consideration.

Like I said, I`m not much help, but I do wish you good luck.
