The Patch

I was wondering if anyone out there has been using the patch. I do not need birth control but I was thinking of going on the pill and/or patch a few months before my wedding to be sure I won`t be on my period for the honeymoon. I used to be on the pill and didn`t have any side effects but I was wondering about the patch. Seems it would be easier.
