Yes , she has had my money since May it is now July 17th and I still dont have my order but seh has kept my 2150.00 !!
They have lied over and over saying they were mailing stuff but they have not.

ABBI has the best quality I have seen. They are quick to get back with you and are friendly and courteous.
Plus she has a great selection on other items that you will need for the wedding. They ship nationwide too.

I placed an order for stretch bands with this company and had to send them back twice. The first time was because more than half of the order were different sizes and lengths. They said they would correct the problem and send them back. It seemed that all they did was repackage them, I still had the same problem. I sent them back for a refund but have not received one as of yet. Now I have no product and am out the money I paid. When I talk with the owners they keep saying they will send me my refund but never do. I reported them to www.IFCCFBI.gov for fraud.

Are you saying you reported ABBI or a different company?

I reported Linnea`s Linens. I`m unclear as to who ABBI is.

Our bank is giving us a charge back on our order.
It is now August and we still never got allot of the order and the parts we did get were not good.

Its now Aug 16th and we have yet to get our stuff. She hasnt even contacted us . WE had to buy them elsewhere as my daughter wedding is in less than 2 weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I work for a hotel in Knoxville. We ordered 300 chair covers in March 2004. They have $1200 of our money and have yet to hear anything from them, nor will they respond to any requests. I HIGHLY recommend that you do not use this company.

I had to have my attorney contact them. They had over $2,000.00 of my money for over 7 months. The chair covers I finally got from them were inferior and I have never used them. To put it in proper context, these are the modern day successors to Frank and Jesse James. These old ladies are the best con artists I have ever run into. They sound like your grandmother on the phone and you believe them time and time again. They are really nothing but crooks. They should make a movie and send the proceeds to all of their customers.

Thats so true. And after all we went though they tryed to Send lawyers after us !! TWICE. Even after her junk was returned.

Luckily our bank got it back for us but boy was she mad. Ive talked to some one who works for her and she says they are broke.
You are so right. They are sweet littel old ladies on the phone while they rip you off. We got absolute junk covers from them . We reordered from brittan at specialty linens and got awesome ones. She didnt even care she had left me with none for my own daughters wedding. Thank god for the bank dispute.

Sorry for the delay in answering your question but I have not looked at this site for some time. I got some of my chair covers. They cheated me out of 60 covers. They should be put in jail--all of them.
