I don`t have the exact measurements. I can measure it for you though (it`s not at my house, had it hidden at my aunt`s), but it is size 8, yet for me, the hips are a little tight, so I would say it fits more like a 6 (bought off rack, no alterations done to it). It has the same colors as on the advertising pictures in magazines: white with the back organza sash off white (so it contrasts the winter white). It is halter in the front. I would like to sell it for $850.
