When replying for a wedding, what does the M_______________ stand for on the reply card???

The "M" stands for Mr. And Mrs. Or Miss or Mr. It is just an indication that the line is to fill in your name. It `s a carryover from the much more formal days, when people were not generally referred to by their first names on formal occasions.
