Center pieces

I am having difficulty tracking down a centre piece that I have seen. The best way to describe it is the following.... Imagine the cake stand that has the layers slightly offset with a perspex rod holding each layer higher than the other.

Instead of surfaces for the cake, it has a clear dish which can be filled with water and have floating candles in it.
